ER. ALI KISHORE PATNAIK

Er. Ali Kishore Patnaik is a Graduate Mechanical Engineer from Regional Engineering College; Rourkela (Presently known as National Institute of Technology).

He has completed his degree with first class with honours and joined Ashok Leyland as a service engineer in the year1982.

During his Ashok Leyland career he has achieved a number of awards in the field of automobiles. In the year 1989 he left Ashok Leyland and joined NALCO as senior Service Engineer.

But with his ultimate objective to set up an enterprise, he started his Organization in the year 1992. At that time, in Orissa, the overhauling of industrial Engine was very difficult job and it was taking months together to complete a single engine. But by adopting innovative methods, he could complete the same job within 7 days. Now, the Organization completes it within 24 hours.

He is one of the pioneers in the field of automobile engineering in Orissa and has successfully dealt with so many complicated problems in this field. Today, the organization receives engines with critical problems from so many public sector and private sector industries like RSP, NALCO, HAL, IREL, TATA STEEL- KALINGANAGAR, JINDAL, VEDANTA and TISCO. People from outside Orissa also come to this Organisation for critical engine problems.

Besides his Technical Expertise, he is also a good administrator and a proven sales person.

This combination of Technical & Commercial Capability makes him a successful entrepreneur that he is today.

Mrs. RANJITA PATNAIK

Mrs. Ranjita Patnaik is a Graduate and joined Orissa Diesel Engines in the year 1992.

She looks after the Administration & HR of group of companies.

She has over 20 years of business experience and has played a significant role in the development of the Company

Mr. ABHIJIT PATNAIK

Mr. Abhijit Patnaik, Son of Er. A.K Patnaik, is a Graduate Mechanical Engineering Graduate from Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT-Chennai) with Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Xaviers Institute of Management-Bhubaneswar (XIMB).

He joined Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), a Maharatna after his masters as Sales Manager-Lubricants Direct Sales for the State of Telangana. But, with the spirit of joining his father on his entrepreneurial endeavours in Odisha, he left BPCL and Joined Orissa Diesel Engines in December, 2017. With his technical and managerial capability, he is actively involved in the growth of the company.
